Convenient & Responsible Way to Pay Tuition

Plan Overview

Thomas Brown College is pleased to offer you a convenient and affordable way to manage your tuition expenses. Our affordable, zero-interest tuition plan makes it easy to realize your education goals.  With the Thomas Brown College Tuition Payment Plan, you are able to spread tuition payments over a period of two, three or six months (depending on certificate program in which you enroll). There are no interest payments or credit checks.  A $25 installment plan processing fee applies.

How It Works

When using the Thomas Brown College Tuition Payment Plan, you must make an initial payment at the time of enrollment plus two, three or six monthly payments, depending on certificate program in which you enroll. The initial payment includes 25% of the total tuition cost, plus installment plan processing fee. Initial payments can be made by visiting the Methods of Payments section.  An installment payment plan is NOT effective until the first payment is made AND the contract has been accepted.  Once a contract has been accepted, students must adhere to that contract; it cannot be revised.


Please complete the Tuition Payment Plan-full version form and include when sending the enrollment form, along with the required initial payment (Money Order, Cashier’s Check or credit card only).  When enrolling by E-mail, you will need to calculate the initial payment and subsequent payments using the instructions in Section 4 of the form.

  • Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) —ACH payments are those payments you have authorized Thomas Brown College to process directly with your U.S. financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have pre-approved for your expenses at Thomas Brown College. Payments may be made from either your checking or savings account. Payments are processed on the 5th or the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
  • Credit Card Option —Thomas Brown College can charge your monthly payment directly to your credit card. Payments are processed on the 5th or the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of the credit card payment option, you must enter the first payment amount on the Tuition Payment Plan-full version Application along with your credit card number, expiration date, CSV #, and signature authorizing Thomas Brown College to charge your credit card
  • Bank Draft or Cashier’s Check only

Payments will be processed on the 5th or 20th of the month. Should a payment be returned, a maximum of three re-attempts will be made beginning on the next scheduled date (20th or 5th) and a $25.00 Returned Payment Fee will be automatically deducted from the account provided on the agreement for each payment attempt that is returned. In the event of a returned payment, Thomas Brown College will suspend access to all of the enrolled student’s courses and any evaluation services until the account is made current. No official transcript or certificates will be issued until the final payment is received and paid in full.
